Looking for roommate for big apartment a stone's throw from the beach - Málaga

Looking for a roommate to share apartment of 80 square meters located a stone’s throw from the beach. The apartment is located in Huelin next to the park, it’s 5-10 minutes walking distance from the train station and only a couple of minutes from the beach. Walking to the city centre takes about 20-30 minutes or you can take one of the many busses that leave from the bus stop a minute from the apartment. Supermarkets and shops are right around the corner. The apartment is very bright, well kept and in very good conditions.
You’ll rent your own room and share living room, kitchen and bathroom. Your roommate is a university student.

Looking for a responsible and nice person to move in, but who wishes to stay only until the first of March or less. From this date the room is no longer available, so please write only if you’re interested in the room for a limited time.

The rent is 275 euros per month and the deposit one months rent.
